We are committed to exceptional customer service. Below, you will find information on items that may or may not be able to be returned and the Bloom Paper Products requirements concerning returns shipping and claims.
We accept returns on many but not all items. Some products must be special ordered from the manufacturer. Please contact us at the information provided below prior to returning an item for a return authorization and to assure proper handling.
Proper packing material is a must on all returned items. Returned items must reach us in original condition and properly marked or be subject to refusal. Credits for returned items may be in the form of a PayPal payment, a return to your credit card, or a check. There is a 20% restocking fee on some returns; email or call us before you make your purchase to ensure a return is possible.
Cut ribbon purchases and custom items are not returnable. If you are unsure, please ask. All returns must be authorized within 7 days and reach us within 14 days from delivery date.
For missing items, claims must be made within 7 days. We will respond quickly to correct the trouble. Please do look through your package carefully before calling, for often the “lost” item has just been overlooked or misplaced within the box or package. For ribbon yardage, we ship multiple purchases combined on one spool for protection in transit.
If you receive your order in damaged condition, have the UPS/USPS driver inspect the contents with you. If there is damage have the UPS/USPS driver verify the damage. Please then notify us to begin the claim process. You must retain all of the packing material and contents in case UPS/USPS needs to assess the damage.
Bloom Paper Products has not yet launched an automated system to create mailing labels. Therefore, returns must be shipped at your own cost. If a product was shipped incorrectly, contact Bloom Paper Products and we will begin the RO process.
