Shipping How do I place a rush order? Rush orders are not available at this time. We are committed to researching and providing new shipping solutions in the future. How do you package and ship items? We pack carefully to ensure your purchases arrive in perfect condition. We always insure your UPS package at full value. With UPS, you will receive a tracking number to watch the progress of your shipments if you have provided a valid email address during checkout. USPS packages only ship with delivery confirmation, and no tracking information is available.

This map shows standard Ground Service times. Ground Service is always our first choice for your wedding invitation package. Faster shipments are possible via UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day, and Overnight. We do offer USPS shipping, which features good prices and fast service but no guaranteed delivery date. If you pick USPS as your carrier, we suggest you insure the package so that we can help if you need to file a claim.
What happens if I give you the wrong shipping address? Please be sure to give us your complete and correct street address. UPS cannot ship to a post office box address. We are not responsible for delays due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. What are your shipping prices? Our standard shipping and handling rates range from $2.50 to $18 depending on weight, speed, distance, value and service selected. Shipping costs are displayed during the final step of checkout. Paper is light, and most of our domestic shipments are under 10 dollars.

All UPS shipments are sent requiring a signature; the driver will not release the package without that signature. Please be sure to provide a shipping address where there will be someone to sign for the package.
Are there additional fees for International Orders? International orders are accepted but shipping options are limited and brokerage fees and duties are the customer’s responsibility. Additional handling fees may apply. We do not provide free samples. For orders being shipped to Canada please select UPS Standard or USPS Global Priority Mail as the shipping method. For orders with a total value over $19.99 to Canada please be prepared for a $20 custom clearance fee. For orders outside of the US and Canada please select UPS Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express or USPS Global Priority Mail for proper calculation of shipping costs. Why would I get charged any additional shipping fees? If UPS has to correct the address you provide, there will be $10 charged to your credit card at the time we are billed by UPS for the address correction. This and all shipping charges are not refundable. If you have provided an inaccurate or incomplete address for USPS packages it will void your insurance and we will be unable to assist you with a loss or damage claim. Turn-Around Time What is the turn-around time on custom invitations? We recommend having your invitations in your possessions at least four months before your wedding. This allows ample time for construction, addressing, and sending. It also builds in recovery time if you have made an error in the proofing or the quantity ordered.
Once you submit your order, it takes 2-3 days to receive proofs. You need to carefully review your proofs, which can take a few days to weeks depending on your schedule. If changes need to be made to your first proofs, 2-3 more days will be required to send new proofs. Once you are satisfied with your proofs and complete the payment process, your order will be placed in full. Your order will ship one week from that day. Please note: Orders of more than 250 invitations may take longer.
What is the turn-around time on ribbon orders? Most items are in stock and ship within 24 hours of your payment, if not the same day. Some orders require additional processing time, but most do not exceed 72 hours. We understand timing is important. Be assured every effort is made to fill your order quickly and correctly. Because much of the fine ribbon is manufactured overseas, backordered items can have extended days. You will be contacted ASAP if your item is unavailable and refund/substitution options will be available to you. Environmental Standards How is Lotka Paper environmentally friendly? Lotka paper is created using an entirely earth-friendly process by rural craftsman who cut down and strip 3-4 year old plants of their bark, leaving them undestroyed, able to regenerate from their roots. The bark is beaten by hand, boiled down, and mixed with paper scraps and recycled pulp. No trees are used in the paper-making process. When the seeded paper is planted, it returns to the earth as a biodegradable material that produces wildflowers, which set off a nominal amount of carbon in the earth’s atmosphere. How is the manufacturing and printing process environmentally friendly? All water used in production is reclaimed and reused. During production and custom printing, all efforts are made to conserve energy and reduce our carbon footprint. When choosing companies to print custom orders, we ensure green printing standards, including soy-based or chemical free inks, the recycling of all print cartridges, toners, and materials, and utilizing solar and hydro power.
